18+ Years of Human Resources Expertise
With more than 18 years of human resources experience, Apex's founder has built a career connecting people with opportunity and helping organizations develop qualified workforces. Her experience includes federal human resources, recruitment, staffing, and workforce management.
Her background spans recruitment and staffing, qualification assessments, and federal hiring practices. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
A Greater Purpose
Having experienced firsthand how access to the right opportunity can change the direction of a person's life, she believes potential is not limited by ambition or ability—but access to resources, guidance, and exposure can make all the difference.
That belief inspired Apex Talent Solutions and the developing Apex Women Rising initiative, which envisions career readiness, mentorship, professional development, and pathways toward greater financial independence.
Guided by faith, she is committed to pairing thoughtful, requirements-driven recruitment with a mission to expand opportunity.
